Quality Control of Incoming Material

To ensure high quality water well screens and other wedge wire screen filters provided to our every clients, all incoming material and final product should be pass the chemical analysis and mechanical tests. In this picture, we use the test machine to check the mechanical properties of raw material - stainless teel 304 round wire. If the tensile test passed, then we will make the round wire to be wedge wire for the screens.
