A straight seam welded bridge slot screen (ERW) is manufactured on a press from flat sheets or plates. The bridge-type perforated steel sheets or plates are then rolled into cylinders and then seam welded. As well, there is another new craft of bridge slotted pipe here, a spiral welded bridge slot screen (SSAW). Meanwhile, there are 2 options for the bridge-type slot patterns, straight in rows and staggered. The slots size is precise and can be changed as practical requirements. Bridge slot pipe screens usually use low carbon steel Q235, stainless steel 304, 304L, 316L. To prolong its service life, galvanized well screens are still supplied.
